Every time I hear Bing Cosby sing this on the radio I get choked up. I think about all of your husbands who are deployed dreaming of being home with their families. It breaks my heart. I am so grateful to all of our troops and all of you who are married to them. We take for granted your service and on this Christmas I just want to say thank you to you all. And this Christmas we could all do something small to send a little gift to a troop to give them some cheer. It is not too late. Please if you have anything to give remember USO.org or another great program I have found is “Cup of Joe,” where they are sending coffee to troops. You send a cup of joe to a Joe. http://www.greenbeanscoffee.com/coj/ Very nice. Connor and I went to their site and donated money to send coffee to 50 soldiers. And always, remember our military families right here in our own communities. Reach out to them. It is tough living on military pay. Your son’s out grown snow boots from last, new coats, gift certificates, sports equipment, and baby items would be welcomed by any E4 mom. So reach out if you can. Please. God Bless you all. Merry Christmas.
